Integrated the Avani platform into Tower 1 at Brookfield Place (85,762m2 mixed use), Tower 2 (33,350m2 office), 11 Mounts Bay Road (11,362m2 office), and 108 St George Terrace (37,291m2 mixed use)
Automated tenant energy monitoring, reporting and invoicing
Expanded the Avani platform to deliver analytics on mechanical plant, enabling building issues to be resolved in real-time and by a predictive regime, enabling automation of energy savings not requiring manual intervention from Management.
Outcomes
Avoided 1,735t.CO2 across the portfolio since 2015 by providing tenants with more accurate picture of energy use
Achieved 30% reduction in BMS labour costs by automating the monitoring of over 3,000 devices
Secured $7 million in energy re-charging revenue by eliminating manual invoicing processes and replacing with more timely and accurate automated meter reading and billing for each tenancy
